Hello, event attendees!

We’re excited to welcome you to Bulls, Boots, Books, & Bling! There are some items of concern that we will address. As most of you aren’t familiar with Texas cities and their locations, Mesquite is a city on the outskirts of Dallas… about thirty minutes away.

Airports in Dallas are DFW and Dallas Love Field. For your information, DFW is extremely busy. It’s one of the busiest in the country. If you prefer a smaller airport, Dallas Love Field is ideal. Both airports are around forty minutes from Mesquite.

Hotel recommendations are listed below, and those are chosen because of their proximity to the rodeo arena. That event will bring in a lot of traffic, so it’s easier to walk, if the weather permits. These hotels are extremely close, especially the Hampton Inn & Suites. It’s in the same parking lot as the arena. The addresses, phone numbers, and website information are provided below.

For your convenience, the Boots & Bling Meet and Greet, the Book Expo, and the Boots & Brunch will be at the same location. Transportation to the event center will not be provided.

The Hip Hop Rodeo is in the Mesquite Rodeo Arena, near all the hotel recommendations. This was done intentionally, as traffic is a beast! Most of the hotels are within walking distance of the arena, and once again, the Hampton Inn is in the same parking lot.
